Member Registration Terms

All information contained in the Members' Area is both private and confidential and not for public dissemination. No part of the Members' Area or any other area of the Wayward Horse Foundation website may be copied or reproduced without the expressed written consent of the author and the management of Wayward Horse Foundation.

Wayward Horse Foundation is not obligated in any way neither to accept an application for membership nor to allow any person to become a member. Membership in the Members' Area of the Wayward Horse Foundation website is a privilege and not a right and may be cancelled or temporarily suspended at anytime without notice or reason. Memberships may also be cancelled at anytime without notice or reason by the member. Should a membership be cancelled, no portion of the dues shall be refunded.
