Some professional trainers, such as yourself, like to invest in our horses. We feel that if a trainer has spent the money to care for them correctly, retrain them and invest the time in them to make them a better horse, they should be allowed to own them as any one else would own a horse. We don't believe that you are going to put all that into them, then just turn around and get rid of them to someone that would not care for and appreciate what the horse has become, (It's YOUR reputation on the line at that point) Therefore we have a special contract just for you professional trainers. (You must be able to show proof you are a professional, and demonstrate your skills.) You MUST still have an approved adoption application on file with us, but there are some differences:
- Your application will remain on file, even after you adopt a horse so that you may invest in as many or as few as you would like without having to pay an adoption application donation each time.
- Your probation period for each horse is 3 months, after that time we will sign the owners title over to you (after final follow up evaluation) so that you may sell the horse, and be rewarded for your investment. (but NEVER at an auction)
- You agree to attempt to find good homes that will take care of the horse(s)
- At the end of the 3 months, you must be able to demonstrate the horse to be the type of good riding horse that most people would want. (unless you have trained it for a specific type of riding)
